Terms of Service
These terms apply to the online store (www.degjinbeauty.mn), mobile app, and retail stores of Moil Cosmetics LLC (Degjin Beauty). By using our services you agree to the terms below.
1. General
- Customers must be 18 or older, or order with a guardian's consent.
- Provide accurate information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential.
- We may change our terms, prices, and promotions without prior notice.
2. Orders and pricing
- Product prices, stock, and images are as shown on the website at the time.
- In cases such as out-of-stock or pricing errors, we may cancel or correct an order and fully refund any payment made.
- Discounts and promotions apply according to their announced period and conditions.
3. Payment
Online orders can be paid by:
- QPay — scan the QR with your banking app;
- Pocket, StorePay — installment / credit payment;
- In store: cash or card.
Once payment is successful, the order is confirmed and prepared.
4. Delivery
- Ulaanbaatar: orders over 80,000₮ ship free. Below that, a delivery fee applies based on location/zone.
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days within Ulaanbaatar (may vary with order volume and weather).
- Provinces: delivered via intercity transport; the recipient covers the transport fee.
- You can track your order status. Please enter your address and phone number accurately.
5. Returns and exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety requirements for cosmetics, returns/exchanges follow these conditions:
- Within 7 days of receipt, with the seal intact, unopened, and unused, in original packaging;
- Opened or used cosmetic/skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — this does not apply to defective, expired, or wrong items;
- If the fault is ours (wrong or defective item), we will exchange it at our cost or fully refund you;
- Send return requests via 7222-7979 or Facebook, and have your purchase receipt/order number ready.
6. Authentic product guarantee
We sell only genuine, guaranteed products sourced from official suppliers. Please check the ingredients, usage, and expiry on the packaging and product page.
7. Intellectual property and liability
- All website content (logos, images, text) is the property of Moil Cosmetics LLC and the respective brands, and may not be used without permission.
- Using products appropriately for your skin is the customer's responsibility. As allergies are possible, we recommend patch-testing new products first.
